What is Fotofacial™?

FotoFacial™ skin treatments have been around a long time, but they are still one of the most effective options invented for specific skin conditions. The FotoFacial™ concept was developed and first introduced by a Board Certified Dermatologist as a non-invasive method to rejuvenate and improve skin texture and appearance with no downtime. A special Intense Pulsed Light (IPL) device is used to deliver a series of gentle light pulses to the skin. Specific settings are selected based on skin type and coloration and are adjusted at each treatment to maximize results. Treatments are typically performed at three-week intervals and a series of five skin treatments is the standard for quality improvement. This procedure has minimal risk, little discomfort, no recovery period, and quick results when it comes to improving the treated areas.

My experience with Dr. Casad’s practice has been pleasant from the beginning of setting it up until the procedure I went to have it done. I felt very comfortable talking to Chandra when I was telling her what I was hoping to have. She went into detail telling me the ins and outs of the procedure and what I need to expect.
